An AI System is any machine learning model, algorithm, or automated decision-making system you want to assess for compliance. This includes ML models, chatbots, recommendation engines, computer vision systems, and any other AI-powered application. Each distinct system counts as one AI System in your plan.

Active Assessments are compliance assessments currently in progress. Once you complete an assessment and generate the final report, it no longer counts toward your active assessment limit. You can have unlimited completed assessments on all plans.

Basic frameworks include EU AI Act essentials. All frameworks include full EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, UK AI Framework, US Executive Order, Canada AIDA, and our proprietary best-practices framework. Enterprise plans can also request custom framework support for industry-specific regulations.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved during plan changes.

When you reach your plan limits, you'll be notified and asked to upgrade or archive existing items. You can still access all your existing data and completed assessments, but you won't be able to create new items until you upgrade or free up space.

Start with full access to your chosen plan for 7 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan or continue with the Free plan. Your data is preserved regardless of your choice.

The Auditor Seat is a special read-only role for external auditors or compliance reviewers. They can view assessments, reports, and evidence but cannot modify data. Professional plans include 1 Auditor Seat; Enterprise plans include unlimited.

White-label reports allow you to customize reports with your own branding, logo, and colors. Available in Professional and Enterprise plans. Enterprise plans can also use custom domains for a fully branded experience.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll retain read-only access to your data for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.
